Fine and Operation Smile Draw Smiles on the Faces of Children in Jordan

Amman, Jordan (September 2006)- Fine Hygienic Paper Co. LTD, part of Nuqul Group, announced today during a press conference held at the Marriott Hotel in Amman that it has renewed its commitment to sponsor the Operation Smile Campaign in Jordan, by providing tens of children with reconstructive surgery and improving their quality of life. According to Fine, its sponsorship of this initiative is directly aligned with its aims to promote healthy living throughout the Kingdom.
Through the Operation Smile initiative, the efforts of a Jordanian medical team will provide the necessary medical care to children with facial deformities, giving them a chance to live a normal, healthy life. This year’s Operation Smile Jordan mission will take place at the Jameel Al Tutanji Hospital in Sahab from September 8th until September 14th 2006. The firm chose to support the Jameel Al Tutanji Hospital in order to play an active role in helping children that come from Sahab and all other areas in the Kingdom, as well as families that are unable to afford the surgery costs. The Hospital, known for its up- to- date facilities and its cutting edge medical equipment, will be transformed into the one place where those children can be granted the gift of smiling.
The team conducting the reconstructive surgeries will include plastic surgeons, pediatricians, anesthesiologists, dentists, nurses, general surgeons, as well as other doctors specializing in relevant fields.
