Steve Nettlemill joins Pavilion's Senior Management Team

Added: (Mon Jun 25 2007)

Pavilion, the Wilmslow based digital and integrated marketing agency, is further strengthening its senior management team with the appointment of Steve Nettlemill as Client Services Director.

Steve joins Pavilion from McCann Erickson Manchester where he held the post of Interactive Planning Director for over 3 years.

Steves primary focus will be to develop and oversee the implementation of innovative, creative and results focused strategies for Pavilions key accounts such as Siemens Enterprise Communications. He will also manage the agencys client services team and play a strategic role in new business development and the ongoing evolution of Pavilions offering.

This latest appointment is one of the first in a series as Pavilion ramps up to support impressive growth, and will help to further consolidate the importance the agency places on maintaining and fostering excellent client relationships.

On Steves appointment Deputy Managing Director, Liane Grimshaw says,

Steves impressive track record in strategic thinking and delivering exceptional results for global brands will prove invaluable to the agency and clients alike. His understanding and experience of exploiting digital within the marketing mix was a perfect fit for us, and I am looking forward to seeing the positive impact I know he will have across the whole agency.

Steves major motivation for moving to Pavilion was to work for an agency that takes a holistic approach to integrated marketing.

What excites me is the way the team at Pavilion works seamlessly across online and offline channels and between creative and media disciplines. Campaigns are driven not by agency service function but by a clients business requirements.

Going forward, this approach ensures we will continue to deliver the best work for our clients; however the shape and balance of communications channels develop.
